Meet Our Doctor
Todd A. Goodman, DVM
Managing Veterinarian
Dr. Goodman graduated from Kansas State University in 1990. Soon after, he joined Mission Animal Clinic in 1991 and has been a co-owner since 1993. Originally from Topeka, Kansas, Dr. Goodman is married and has four children. In his free time, Dr. Goodman likes to read history books.
Dr. Goodman is a member of the Kansas City Veterinary Medical Association (KCVMA), the Kansas Veterinary Medical Association (KVMA), and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
Dr. Goodman is the Managing Veterinarian.
Adrienne Tang, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
With an impressive 12-year track record in the veterinary industry, Dr. Tang has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication to the well-being of our beloved pets. Graduating from Ross University and honing her skills at clinics in Mizzou, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Dr. Tang takes pride in fostering fear-free and delightful experiences for your beloved pets during their visits to Mission Animal Clinic, where she treats them not merely as patients but as members of the family. When she’s not busy caring for our four-legged friends, Dr. Tang enjoys spending her free time knitting and baking desserts.

Greg Harvey
Practice Manager
Greg joined Mission Animal Clinic in November 2018. He brings a wide variety of experiences to the clinic. He was previously the Practice Manager for Blue Pearl Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital of Overland Park. Before that, he was the Program Director for the Veterinary Technology Program at Brown Mackie College. He has kept up his license as an RVT, where he utilized his skills as a technician for 17 years in a busy small animal hospital. When he is not working, Greg enjoys the great outdoors, where he likes to fish, hike, kayak, and camp. He has also been active as a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster for the last eight years. He has been married to his lovely bride since 1989 and has two great sons and two wonderful dogs named Shyla and Daisy.
Rebecca Swain
Veterinary Technician
Rebecca returned to the Mission Animal Clinic team as a veterinary technician in 2012. She has a feisty cat named Ady. In her time away from the clinic, Rebecca enjoys traveling and watching her two boys play soccer.
Raven
Veterinary Technician
Raven joined the team at Mission Animal Clinic in August of 2023. She transferred from Destrehan Animal Hospital in Louisiana, where she has been a technician for 4 years. Currently Raven is studying Biology to eventually go to veterinary school to become a DVM. When Raven is not in school or working at the clinic, she enjoys hanging out with her 2 cats Serenity and Zelda, exploring her new home state, and playing video games.
Janet
Veterinary Assistant
Janet joined Mission Animal Clinic in April 2023 as a vet assistant. Janet has been a vet assistant since 1997 and has a vast knowledge of working with both animals and clients. Her passion for working with animals has been a huge part of her life.
Janet has been married to her husband, Mark, since 1989, and has 2 grown sons, Bryan and David. She owns 3 dogs, named Wylie, Sheila, and Ember, and a cat named Cosmo. In her spare time, Janet enjoys fishing, gardening, reading, working on crafts and spending time with her family.
Amanda
Veterinary Assistant
Amanda has been a veterinary assistant since January 2023. She joined the team at Mission Animal Clinic in October 2023. She is currently enrolled at Penn Foster to become a registered veterinary technician. Her passion and future goals are fostering and rehabilitating special needs animals. Amanda and her boyfriend own a dog, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, a cockatiel, and a corn snake. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys walks with her dog, reading, watching movies, and playing video games.
Taylor
Veterinary Assistant
Taylor joined the team at Mission Animal Clinic in August 2023. She has been working with animals for the last 5 years and focusing on being a behavior specialist for the last 3 years. She is working hard to become a veterinary technician. In her free time, Taylor likes to hang out with her dogs, including the dogs she is currently fostering, and works with a rescue group.
Bailee
Veterinary Assistant
Bailee joined the practice in October 2023. She previously worked for Deanna Rose Farmstead as an animal care attendant. She has her own goats named Pink, Kid, and Snoop Dog. She also owns 4 cats named Echo, Daisy, Squishy, and Bambi. In her spare time, Bailee likes to go fishing, hiking, reading, helping out at her family farm, and volunteering her time at Lakeside Nature Center.
Melissa
Customer Service Representative
Melissa joined our team as a CSR in September 2022. She is married to her husband, Rob. They have 2 dogs, Didi and Charlie, and consider them their “kids.” When Melissa isn’t working at the clinic, she is helping her husband run their business. They own We Got Your Back, which is an apparel store located in downtown Overland Park. Melissa loves meeting all our clients and their pets.
Jennifer Fleming
Client Service Representative
Jennifer works as the “Jen of all Trades” at Mission Animal Clinic and has been a part of the staff for over 30 years. She is primarily the lead receptionist, but frequently fills in as a vet assistant, does the ordering for the practice, and fills in other as-needed areas. Jennifer has a new Shih Tzu puppy named Cashew. (pictured). In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Emma
Client Service Representative
Emma joined Mission Animal Clinic in April 2023 as a CSR. She has a menagerie of pets, which includes a terrier mix dog, 2 rabbits, 2 frogs and a bearded dragon. She is currently a student at the College of KU Edwards campus to get her Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
In her spare time, Emma loves to do all types of art, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She is looking forward to getting to know all the Mission Animal Clinic clients and their pets.
Dana
Client Service Representative
Dana joined the receptionist team at Mission Animal Clinic in July 2023. She moved to the KC area in April of 2023. Dana owns a Shiba Inu named Vera and 2 cats named Lizzie and Noel. Dana enjoys all kinds of art and media. In her spare time, she is working towards a career in the arts, particularly working with tattoo artistry.

Client Service Representative
Camile joined the team at Mission Animal Clinic in April 2023 as a CSR. Before joining the practice, Camille worked at a local Community Center, working as a front desk receptionist. She is following her dream to work at a veterinary practice.
In her spare time, Camille loves to listen to music and enjoys art. She has a spunky and spastic Westie terrier mix named Arlo. When not working, Camille enjoys unwinding at a park with a friend, meditation, and getting some exercise.
Raven
Veterinary Technician

Korie
Veterinary Assistant
Korie’s love for science began at the age of 12. He graduated from Shawnee Mission North in 2017 and started his career at Roeland Park Vet Clinic as a receptionist before transitioning into training as a Veterinary Assistant. In June 2024, he brought his skills to Overland Park Veterinary Center. Now, he is excited to continue his journey at Mission Animal Clinic, working toward his goal of becoming a veterinary technician. Korie shares his home with a dog named Moose and a cat named Melvin. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors when the weather is nice.

Megan Wilkes
Veterinary Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Megan joined our team in June 2021 as a CSR. She and her husband, Thomas, own three cats named Tracee, Bean, and Reese, who love to cause trouble. In Megan’s spare time, she loves to crochet, cross stitch, do embroidery, and play video games.
Nayely Olivas
Veterinary Technician
Nayely joined Mission Animal Clinic in August 2021. She is currently taking classes in Veterinary School, where she hopes to be a future veterinarian. Nayely is fluent in Spanish speaking. She owns one dog named Sugar, who can be a big crybaby, but is loved all the same. Nayely spends what little spare time she does have when not working and studying by baking and just being outside, enjoying the good weather.
Morgan (Strumillo) Nash
Veterinary Technician
Morgan joined our team in October 2021 as a Veterinary Technician. She loves her profession, especially dentistry, phlebotomy, and establishing lasting client/patient relationships. She owns two dogs, Scout and Ranger, three leopard geckos, and a goldfish. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and anything related to the outdoors.
Samantha Vogl
Veterinary Assistant
Samantha joined the team in December 2021 as a Vet Assistant. She has worked in the veterinary profession for over 20 years, where she started cleaning kennels at age 15. Sam has 2 Labradors named Austin and Moose and two cats named Flounder and Tater. Originally from Houston, Texas, Sam has lived in KC for the last 15 years. In her spare time, Sam likes to take her dogs to the park with her husband, Matt, and her two stepsons, Lucas and Tyler.

Tobie
Customer Service Representative
Tobie started working at Mission Animal Clinic in October 2022 as a CSR. It is her love for animals that brought her to apply, as she has 2 dogs and 2 cats of her own. Her family likes to foster pets from the Lucky 13 Rescue group when they can. In her spare time, Tobie loves to play soccer, travel, and hang out with her friends. She is excited to meet our clients’ precious fur babies.

Brianne
Customer Service Representative
Brianne joined our team in April 2022 as a CSR. Before working at the clinic, Brianne was busy raising her 3 children, Kayleigh, Carter, and Avery. She has been married to her amazing husband, John, for 15 years. They own 3 cats named Momo, Patches, and Stormy. They also own 2 dogs named Skye and Bullet. When Brianne is not working, she is busy with her kids, whether it’s attending cheer games, wrestling matches, or volleyball games. She and her family love the KC Chiefs and fall time. Brianne loves working at the practice and being around all the great pets, staff, and doctors.
Caroline
Veterinary Technician
Caroline joined our team in August 2022 as a vet assistant. By December 2022, she trained her way to become a veterinary technician. She originally lived in Chicago and moved to Kansas City in 2018. She has always been fascinated with veterinary medicine since she was a child, and has always wanted to help animals as she could. While living in Illinois, Caroline completed a veterinary mentorship program with the University of Illinois. She owns a cat named Gucci and a horse named Paris. In her spare time, Caroline rides competitive Dressage, takes long walks, and loves to travel.
Molly
Veterinary Technician
Molly joined the team in February 2022 as a vet assistant. By July 2022, she trained her way to become a veterinary technician. She is currently a college student, who aspires to become a nurse anesthetist. Outside of work, Molly lifts weights, swims, and trains in an Israeli martial art called Krav Maga, which she has been involved in for over 5 years.
