Greg joined Mission Animal Clinic in November 2018. He brings a wide variety of experience to the clinic, as he was previously the Practice Manager for Blue Pearl Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital of Overland Park, and was the Program Director for the Veterinary Technology Program at Brown Mackie College prior to that. He has kept up his license as an RVT, where he utilized his skills as a technician for 17 years in a busy small animal hospital. When he is not working, Greg enjoys the great outdoors, where he likes to fish, hike, kayak, and camp. He has been active as a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster for the last eight years as well. He has been married to his lovely bride since 1989, and has two great sons, and a wonderful dog named Shyla.
Jennifer works as the “Jen of all Trades” at Mission Animal Clinic and has been a part of the staff for 25 years. She is primarily the lead receptionist, but frequently fills in as a vet assistant or in any other as-needed capacity within the clinic. Jennifer has a Shih Tzu named Peanut (who is an honorary staff member) and a DSH named Pivot. In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys cooking, fishing, and hanging out with friends.
Rebecca returned to the Mission Animal Clinic team as a veterinary technician in 2012. She has a sweet Golden Retreiver named Rocky and a feisty cat named Ady. In her time away from the clinic, Rebecca enjoys traveling and watching her two boys play soccer.
Kirsten joined Mission Animal Clinic in December 2018 as a Veterinary Assistant. She has been working hard on learning the skills needed to become a technician one day. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, watching a variety of television shows and movies, and enjoys reading a good book. One of her favorite hobbies in tackling a good video game, too. Kirsten owns two days and three cats, and her family enjoys fostering cats in their home when they can.
Kristi joined Mission Animal Clinic in January 2019 as a Client Service Representative. She had worked as a CSR at her previous job, as well. Kristi loves to play billiards, and is very active in a pool league. She has two children, and a loving cat. Kristi is also very active in her church, where she is a volunteer for their food pantry program.
Adriana began working at Mission Animal Clinic in August 2019. She previously worked at a doggy daycare and boarding place, and then worked as a vet assistant at a vet clinic prior to joining our team. She has a 13 year old Akita mix named Stella. In her spare time, Adriana performs with her local band, enjoys writing songs, painting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Mikhaila joined Mission Animal Clinic in November 2019 as a Customer Service Representative. She has been working around animals for the last 10 years. She has a plethora of cats at home and enjoys fostering cats and kittens for her local humane society in her spare time. Mikhaila recently started working as a Veterinary Assistant with the clinic, as well.
Emily joined Mission Animal Clinic in June 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. Emily also works at Saint Lukes Urgent Care as a Medical Assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, painting animal portraits with water color, and taking care of her house plants. Emily has a hound dog that she considers her “earth angel.”
Ashley joined our team in November 2020. She is a graduate from Brown Mackie College and became an RVT in 2017. Ashley was previously a surgical technician for a high volume local animal shelter, where she worked for 4 years. She has 2 cats (Izzy and Shammy) and 3 dogs ( Patrick, Sequoia, and Petunia). In her spare time, Ashley likes gardening, cooking, hiking, kayaking, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her friends.
